WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT CUSTOMERS DOES STAR POWERSPORTS GATHER?
The information we learn from our customers helps us to personalize and continually improve your shopping experience here at Star Powersports. This notice will provide the types of information we gather and how it is used. The information primary collected by us (from you) is required for you to create the account that allows you to shop with us and then allows for us to provide delivery (of any merchandise purchased by you), to your door.

- Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control:
We work closely with our affiliated businesses. You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we share only the minimum required of our customer information related to successfully completing those transactions with that third party such as shipping carriers and/or credit card processing centers. - Agents:
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on behalf of Star Powersports. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing overall customer service. There are occasions where these entities have access to personal information needed to perform the various functions in order to fulfill and/or conduct business with you, with the understanding and requirement that your personal information may not be used for other purposes. - Promotional Offers:
Sometimes we may send offers to selected groups of customers on behalf of other businesses. When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address or any personal account information. - Business Transfers:

HOW SECURE IS INFORMATION ABOUT ME?
- We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using an encryption security protocol known as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, it encrypts the information you input and it is the best security tool available today for secure commerce transactions.
- You will always know when the SSL protocol is in use by looking to your web browser's address bar
and see that the HTTP letters (of the web site address) has changed to HTTPS and/or you can look for the
yellow padlock
(locked position = encrypted) that appears in the lower right hand corner
of the web site page your are visiting. - We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

WHICH INFORMATION CAN I ACCESS?
Star Powersports gives you access to a broad range of information about your account and your interactions within our site for the limited purpose of viewing and (in certain cases), updating that information.
CHILDREN:
StarPowersports does not sell products for purchase by children. Our product line does include children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under the age of 18 years, you may use this site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
CONDITIONS OF USE, NOTICES AND REVISIONS:
If you choose to visit this site, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Notice Policy and our Terms and Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Minnesota. If you have any concern about privacy at Star Powersports, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it.
Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Notice and the Terms and Conditions of Use will change also. We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our Web site frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Notice Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account.
